Ingredients:500 grams boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
 Fresh coriander leaves for garnish


Recipe for Chilli Chicken Gravy

1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon vinegar

1 tablespoon tomato ketchup

1 tablespoon red chilli sauce

1 teaspoon green chilli sauce

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon cornstarch

1/4 cup water

2 tablespoons oil

1 onion, thinly sliced

1 green bell pepper (capsicum), sliced

2-3 green chillies, slit lengthwise

Salt to taste

Fresh coriander leaves for garnish




Instructions:

In a bowl, marinate the chicken pieces with ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, and vinegar. Let it sit for about 20-30 minutes.


In a small bowl, prepare the sauce mixture by combining tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, sugar, cornstarch, and water. Mix well and set aside.



Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until it turns golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.


In the same pan, add sliced onions, green bell pepper, and green chillies. Stir-fry for a few minutes until they are slightly tender.


Add the sauce mixture to the pan and cook for a minute or two until the sauce thickens.


Return the cooked chicken to the pan and toss it with the sauce and vegetables until everything is well coated. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend together.


Taste and adjust the seasoning by adding salt if needed.


Remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
